We're delighted to announce that our team have been 'highly commended' in the prestigious Health Service Journal value awards for Insight, our innovative patient experience tool.
The team were awarded 'highly commended' in the value and improvement in patient information management category, which recognises those who have improved the quality and efficiency of patient information management through redesign or innovation.
The Insight database - which won the prestigious Patient Experience Network Award in March of this year - harnesses patient experience feedback and public opinion from a range of sources to understand the voice of local populations and identify trends and issues with health economies.
Lesley Goodburn, service partner for Involvement and Insight said: "This recognition is a tribute to the hard work and dedication of the team and our patient leaders. This work triangulates quality data across patient experience, clinical effectiveness and safety from CCGs, GP practices and providers to create actions driven by patients and implemented with the support of patient leaders. We are proud to work with patients, clinicians and staff to improve services."
