Understanding your region with insights

Knowing your audience is often the beginning steps of any engagement activity.  You need to know who it is you are trying to reach and how best to communicate with them, especially to those deemed to be hard to reach, or seldom heard.  Here at Involvement, we wanted to help you widen your knowledge of the three regions; West Midlands, East Midlands and East of England.  To help support this, we set up a task and finish group to work with Experian to create a Population Insight and Engagement Toolkit.
