We need your help to create an engagement toolkit!

Do you have experience of engaging with young people with mental health conditions, or with newly arrived migrants? We need your help to create a toolkit that can be shared across the Midlands and East of England.

A dedicated group of engagement colleagues will be discussing the toolkit this Friday (16 January) from 2.00pm, and we invite you to take part virtually on twitter.  All you need to do is share your examples using the hashtag #InvolvementChat, or email us directly to This email address is being protected from spambots. FREE training: consultation questionnaires

The Involvement project is all about providing support to those who are keen to deliver strong patient involvement through sharing experiences and resources.

We are offering engagement colleagues working in health and social care organisations a chance to attend some free training on designing consultation questionnaires.  Delivered by our research specialist Sally Beswick, the training covers the different types of research, setting objectives, asking the right questions, and structuring your surveys.

Moving to the next phase of Involvement

With the pilot stage of Involvement coming to an end in March, the team invite you to attend ‘Involvement: the next phase’ event to hear how it will evolve for the future.

The event, taking place on Monday 23 February 2015, will be held at Deafblind UK conference in Peterborough.  The morning’s event will reflect how the project has supported you, and how it will develop to further support your engagement needs.  The Involvement team will also be sharing population insights.  Register to attend the event via eventbrite.
